She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, is SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certified, and is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Employment Law at the University of Miami. With more than two decades of experience across logistics, supply chain, operations management, inventory control, and workforce coordination, he has successfully led teams in the energy, industrial, warehousing, construction, and staffing industries.

Throughout his career, Jeziel has built operational systems from the ground up, optimized logistics and inventory processes, implemented Lean methodologies, and led high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. His passion is helping businesses improve efficiency, strengthen operations, and build dependable workforces through practical, results-driven solutions.
